2. 凯德尼新一代智慧化APD机
其实，APD这项技术并不新。从上世纪50年代自动化腹膜透析技术问世，到如今，自动化腹膜透析技术在临床应用已有数十载。
就像手机一样，从以前的“大哥大”版本逐步改良，APD机器也在不断进化，体积越做越小巧，透析模式更加多样化，操作也更为便捷，逐步接近人性化、智慧化的“人工肾”。
凯德尼APD机进行了多种改良。首先，每晚睡前，肾友只需将腹透管接上机器，按一下凯德尼APD机启动键，经过大约10分钟、简单几步操作后就可以去睡觉了。
操作界面采用大屏设计，配有语音、视频指导，交互直接、简单，老人小孩都能看懂。
自动腹膜透析机采用一体式卡盒设计，省去繁琐操作，大幅度减少操作难度。
接着，凯德尼APD机按照医生预设的透析方案，精确控制透析液的灌入量、留腹时间和引流节奏。整个过程为8到12小时，具体时间根据透析剂量不同而有所差异。
早上起来，肾友断开与机器的连接，今天的透析就已经完成了，之后可以正常洗漱、吃早饭、去上班、上学或者自由活动。
3. 人人都能用得起凯德尼APD机
APD这项技术早已有之，并且写入《自动化腹膜透析中国专家共识》，是医学指南明确支持的成熟治疗方案。但为什么我国很少患者使用？很多人甚至听都没听过！
关键问题还是费用！
进口APD机器在中国的售价约为7—8万元人民币/台，国产APD市场价通常也在4—5万元左右/台，而机器不能报销，需要患者自掏腰包。
因此，这项技术只是在一些经济发达的地区普及性更高。根据一些抽样调查，美国腹膜透析中有高达83%的人使用自动化腹膜透析，澳大利亚、加拿大、英国的比例也超过60%。
而在我国，目前这个比例仅大约为2%—5%。
2026年8月14日至15日在武汉召开的《腹膜透析创新技术与规范管理应用推广会》学术会议上，肾病专家提到APD在治疗上有诸多优势，二级和三级医院的普及率应该从当前的5%左右提高到30%—50%以上！

2. KidneyTec’s Next-Generation Intelligent APD Machine
Automated peritoneal dialysis is a mature treatment approach with decades of clinical use. Like mobile phones, APD machines have continued to evolve, becoming more compact, offering more treatment modes, and making daily operation easier and more user-friendly.
KidneyTec has made a number of improvements to its APD machine. Before going to sleep, patients can connect the peritoneal dialysis tubing, press the start button, and complete the basic setup in a few simple steps.
The large-screen interface includes voice and video guidance, making the interaction direct and easy to understand.
The integrated cartridge design reduces complicated steps and makes operation easier.
Following the treatment plan prescribed by the physician, the KidneyTec APD machine precisely controls dialysate volume, dwell time, and drainage rhythm. Depending on the prescribed dialysis dose, the complete treatment usually takes approximately 8 to 12 hours.

3. Making KidneyTec APD More Accessible
Automated peritoneal dialysis is a mature treatment option supported by the Chinese expert consensus on automated peritoneal dialysis. However, cost has been one of the reasons why relatively few patients in China have access to APD machines.
According to the original article, imported APD machines in China typically cost approximately RMB 70,000–80,000 per unit, while domestic machines are commonly priced around RMB 40,000–50,000 per unit. Machine costs are generally paid out of pocket.
In some countries, automated peritoneal dialysis accounts for a much larger share of peritoneal dialysis treatment. The original article cites survey figures of up to 83% in the United States and more than 60% in Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom, compared with approximately 2%–5% in China.
At a peritoneal dialysis innovation and application conference held in Wuhan on August 14–15, 2026, kidney disease experts discussed the clinical advantages of APD and the need to expand its use in secondary and tertiary hospitals.
